    Tubeless pinch flat

I have been riding tubeless for about 12 years. I started with regular mavic rims with stans or maxxis rim strips, and since then I have used 819, 823, bontrager duster rims and flow rims. In all those years and rim and tire combinations I got one pinch flat. I knew exactly what happened and why I got the flat. Since April this year I have had 3 pinch flats and don't know why. All of these look the same ... One hole in the center of the tread and another hole right above the bead and they are all mounted to 29er Flows (2 different rear rims). The tires have been Maxxis 2.5 DHF, 2.35 DHR II and then yesterday a 2.2 Nevegal.

I'm 200lbs geared up and have been running 27 to 30psi in the tires ...the same as I have been going for the last 10 years. After the first 2 pinch flats I bumped the pressure up to 32psi.

I'm baffled... Any ideas why, all of a sudden, I'm encountering this issue?
