Is there such a thing as a presta valve pressure indicator?

You know those things you attach to your valve stem on your car tires that tells you when the pressure is low? It has these red, yellow, and green bands.

I am looking for a similar thing for presta valves, but preferably very sensitive in the pressure range I am interested in. I like to run my rear tire around 23-25 psi, but I notice that the rolling resistance starts to go up when it gets to around 20 psi. So I would like if it had a sensitivity of at least 2 psi in this range.

You're going to have the best luck carrying a PV pressure gauge, that won't be subject to the shock from being continually mounted on a PV stem. Probably not the answer you want to hear, though.
