Stans ZTR Flow vs. WTB Frequency TCS i23 Rim

I need to build up a rear wheel for my single speed 29er. I'm planning on using a 2.3 inch TCS tire. Which wheel would be better?

The Frequency i23 is designed specifically to work with the TCS tires with ease. The "old" Flow seems to work well with most Tubeless Ready tires IME. Not sure how the new Flow EX will though as it uses the 2nd generation BST which is catered more for running standard tires.

I'd go TCS all the way as it's a guaranteed success.

^^ Yes...The older gen stans were good for everything, but the new EX's and BST Crest rims aren't good for tubeless designed tires.
