Stans Arch vs. DT Swiss 4.2d

I am looking for something wider than the 4.1d's I am currently running. The UST 2.25 Nobby Nic's I am about to put on them would really like wider rims.

Which would you pick and why?

Stans Arch vs. DT Swiss 4.2D

Each would be using their own tubeless systems.

I personally selected the Stan Arch over the 4.2d based only on the text Stan published about the technology behind the Arch rim.

Unfortunately I have not ridden my new wheels yet so I can't tell you if it was a good decision or not! What I can say though, is the mounting a regular tire without a tube on that rim is really easy. I don't know if it has to do with the low profile of the rim like Stan explains but whatever it is, I'm smiling! My previous wheels were Mavic xmax XL so I'm used to mounting regular tires with goop.

Sorry I can't help more, maybe others who have the Arch will chime in.
