Did you figure out what spoke length to get? I'm about to build up a flow/hope ss wheelset and still need to get my spokes. I guess I might end up using a spoke calculator...

    hi there,

I calculated 289,7mm on the one side and 291,8mm on the other side. Hope this works, didn´t find the time to build the wheel so far...

We use 290mm left, and 291mm right on a regular basis for this build laced 3x.

    290 and 291 for 3x lacing.

I built mine using Wheesmith DB14 spokes with 12 mm alu nipples.

Best of luck on your build.

290/292 is a better match up front.

290/291 is ideal out back, but 290/292 works fine too.

    dear all,

thanks for your many replies. I just got info from my LBS that unfortunately the 290mm spokes that I want are not available for quite some time. would it be possible to use either 292/292mm or 288/292mm up front?

    Thanks,

    Björn

    I would not.
    Buy them elsewhere or wait.

If your LBS has a spoke cutter machine, you can have them cut longer spokes down to 290 mm and roll the threads a little longer. I frequently have that done rather than wait.
