Just over a year ago a bought a pair of the new UST hi energy compound Red Phoenix tires from either Bluesky or Universal, the tires have had very little use (sub 50 hours) as they only get used for certain tracks and as such they are my third choice.
Both tires have minimal wear, one of the tires looks like new, the other has serious delamination of the side walls, everyone thats seen the effects says its typical of a tire left in direct sunlight apart from the fact there is no fading of the rubbers color.
I live in the UK and the sunshine and UK are not a combo you see in action that often its usally pouring with rain or blowing a gale where I live and the bike is garaged in the dark when its not been ridden.
So to cut to the chase, I want to return the pair to Tioga or their American agent to get the defective one exchanged, I have searched hi and low for some contact details but got no where. Does anyone know how I can contact Tioga or their American agent, thnx in advance Paul
