Rear Wheel Keeps Moving Out Of Alignment?

My rear wheel keeps moving out of alignment, enough that it slightly rubs against the frame. My wheels are Mavic 823's with Maxxis Highroller 2.5's with 7" rotors just in case you need to know. Is this spoke tension or the skewer or what? How do I fix?

After every ride can you see that the wheel has shifted in the dropouts, and will it move back into place when you re-clamp the rear wheel? If so, there's a very good chance that the skewer doesn't clamp tight enough. Most skewers with external cams do not clamp tightly relative to the force required to close the lever. Try a Shimano XT or XTR skewer. They apply much more clamping force relative to the hand force required to close the lever. If your tire is just rubbing the frame then you probably don't have enough clearance for that size tire.
