any line on finding any of these? love these tires, and if anyone has any in new shape, or little used, i'd be interested in buying. specifically the rear.

    thanks.

edited to add: yes, i know- no longer made. but, i really like these tires!

I have a set I used for a while and I decided I hated them. Lousy in the mud, lousy in the gravel, lousy cornering, at least that's what I thought. What conditions do you ride in and what do you like about them?

using them now on everything on the front range of colorado. used them for a while around the much more wet/slippery root stuff around boston. not as good in the wet as some stuff i've tried, but that is so not a problem where i live and ride now.

love them in both. i've not had problems with them at all, though i'm only using the rear. using fatter stuff on the front. fairly tough and hard to pinch, yet still not too heavy.
the kenda 2.35 kinetic and the irc 2.25 trailbear are newer comparable tires i'm also digging on. swapping all three around on two different bikes now.
