    Maxxis Minion DRH II 2.3 26. Q

Everywhere I look the 2.3 is stated as a ISO 54mm , the maxxis website states that it's a ISO 58mm . 58mm is the width I want for my 21mm internal width rim as a back tire .
    Are these definetly a ISO 58 ??

Maybe Maxxis is stating it as the widest point of the tire (aka knobs), while the other sources you looked at, is casing width.
