... and if we just ... Looking for 26" x 2".5 kevlar bead slick tires

Hi I'm looking for 26" x 2.5 kevlar bead slick tires for my Trek 4300. The tires I have on my bike now are 26" x 2".0 slick tires from Bontrager. What I like about my current tires is that they are soft and thread the on them, But only wished they were 26" x 2".5 & kevlar bead.
I'm going to post some pictures of my bike & the tires. I'm not quite sure if 26" x 2".5 tires will fit my bike, maybe some of you can have a look and tell me if 2".5 thick tires will fit, & what tires I have on now since I can't seem to find them on Bontrager's website.

    Thanks in advance.

The Schwalbe Super Moto 2.35 is likely as close as you will find.

From your pics it looks to me like a 2.5 would rub. The 2.35 suggestion sounds like your best bet.

    No folding bead.

The Supermoto is the performance, fold bead version of the Big Apple.

Maxxis Hookworms. You can find good deals and they are the best pavement tire I've ridden, stick like glue. Next in line would be Maxxis Holy rolers, also stick very well to pavement and also good for dirt jumping.

    Neither are folding bead.

The Hookworm is also heavy and stiff, to the point it barely needs air pressure to support the rider.

I have kenda K-Rad tires on my rockhopper. 2.35 folding bead. Not slick but a low profile park/jump tire with checkerboard pattern. Rolls fast at higher psi.

Yes, the folding versions are recent. Had not looked in a while. Still not a slick or even a grooved slick.

Have you tried the 2.35 Crazy Bob? Not really the same type, and heavier, but not quite as expensive and I wonder how they compare. . I want those supermotos
