kenda nevegal ust stuck on rim

I cannot get this tire off my mavic crossmax sx rim, my thumbs are bleeding and im getting frustrated. I've tried to use a vice, soaked in hot water. It seams like the bead is glued to the rim. It has slime as sealant too. Can someone please give me some tips on how to get this thing off.

Never had that problem...you have released ALL the air out right? I mean ALL (remove valve cores if need be).
