    Interlacing 2x on a small (406) wheel

I just finished lacing a 32 spoke 406 (20") wheel, and while I didn't plan to interlace the spokes, I'm now having second thoughts. The wheel is using a Shimano DH-3N80 dyno hub with a pretty large flange and will be used on the road with a 100psi tire. I've been riding a similar wheel 1x non-interlaced for ~5000 miles (with a ~1" suspended fork) without any spoke tension problems, so I was assuming 2x would be fine as well.

Any thoughts? Re-lace those spokes or leave as is?

I've owned a couple of Mavic wheels in the past that were 2x and not interlaced and it never seemed to be an issue.

    So I'd leave as is
