Hope bolt in on Pro2 hub

Converting my old Pro2 hubs to bolt in but it seems that they may have changed the bearing size on the drive side?
Can anyone help me with what that bearing size should be?
My new axle wont slide through the existing bearings.

Which Pro2 hub are you converting and how old? If it's the original Pro2 that used 2 small bearings in the freehub vs the newer one that moved to a roller bearing, that might be your problem, if it's a Pro2 and you're trying to use a Pro2 EVO axle, that could be your problem. Not 100% sure if they changed bearing/axle size when they moved to the EVO models, but very possible, best bet is to give Hope a call.

There are different bearings in the two Pro2 hubs. The Pro2 uses a 15x28 and two 15x24 bearings driveside. The Pro2 EVO uses a 17x28 and two 17-26 and a 17x30 bearing driveside.

This looks proper for an old non-Evo to me. Does yours look like this?

    Yep, an older one.
Nothing in the listing about any changes unfortunately.
It just said that it was a bolt in axle and I assumed it would work based on previous conversions I had done to bolt through and to 142.

So do you know if you can just upgrade the bearings or do I need a whole new freehub (or even better a whole new hub)?
I have messaged Hope, but no response so far.

If you want to upgrade to the new bearings, it's an entire new freehub and axle (which it seems you already have), know as I asked about converting my SS/Trials hub, but ended up not worth it at the time, wasn't necessary or important.

    Are you sure?

If you have an original pro two, the axle is stepped down from 17mm to 15mm like that, and it doesn't fit your freehub body, something's wrong.

I guess you knew that already though.
