    Gravity Light, Revolutions, Outlaws, etc

~200lbs in gear, riding evenly divided between trail, FR, and bike park. Main concern is durability and longevity, probably don't need complete boat anchor. 135mm rear and I'd like to look into converting to solid axle, so if it comes with a kit thats a plus.

First thought is Gravity Light, I was offered a good deal at $200. 2300g
    Azonic Outlaws- 2244g, ~$350
    Transition Revolution 32 - 2510g - ~350
Bicycle Wheel Warehouse has a variety too, I'm thinking something with mavic 721s...

Any opinions on the above or other suggestions?

OK a little more research in the 200-350 20mm FR department.

    BWW MTX/XT $205 2450g 33mm Welded Rim
    Bluesky XT/325 $250 2400g 33mm Pinned Rim
Kore Torsion EXSB $250 2150g 28mm Pinned Rim
    Gravity Light $250 2300g 28mm Pinned Rim
    BWW 721/Pure/XT $300 2300g 32mm Welded Rim
    Transition Rev 32 $320 2500g 32mm Pinned Rim
    Transition Rev 28 $320 2277g 28mm Pinned Rim
    Azonic Outlaws $350 2250g 32mm Welded Rim

Outlaws have best specs used to be able to score em for $250...

    Any opinions?

what kind of front axle are you looking for? that should narrow it down a bit.

All of these are 20mm, the ones mentioned with XT have no-name hubs (quando).

Can an xt be easily converted to solid axle? I know the 12-10 stepdown option on the outlaws/tbc would be stiffer w/all else equal...

its not that hard, search for highdellls thread on how to clean a xt hub, follow that but replace the stock axle with a longer solid one and reassemble. it should be as stiff as a rev or outlaw.
