Is this a good wheel setup for $300?

Have been looking to upgrade my wheels. Is this a good set up that someone said they would build for me for a 29er?
hand built dt swiss 533d rims, SRAM x7 hub, kenda nevegal tires?

Rims are a little heavy (depending on your weight) and the hubs are meh...but if they are handbuilt then they should be solid.

This is a better deal for $250 on well regarded wheels

This is good set. The x7 hubs above aren't great on the other setup.
