    easton XC one hub tension?

Was hoping someone on here has experience w/ adjusting the hub tension on a set of XC one wheels. How do you do it? Every other pair of wheels I've seen have the simple dust cover you peel back on each side and use the nut on either side to adjust the tension. These wheels don't have the rubber covers. On one side there is a + and - and two small machined holes. I assume this is the adjustment, but don't understand how to adjust it. Please help!

Just to update. Thanks to the MTBR archive I found a thread on this exact question. Just pull the skewer out and use the 5mm allen head in either side of the hub and tighten. Thanks to those before me!
