Good job! Duct Tape: Emergency Glueless Patch

    Here's a simple tire tip:

Tear off 2 or 3 small peices of silver duct tape and tape them to the inside of your tire (both front & rear). Apply the tape in layers to maintain the adhesive's "gumminess".

If you are out on a ride with no spare tube, simply peel off a piece of the tape and use it as a patch. You'll be suprised how well it will stick and hold air. Works equally well on tubes and on tubless tires.

I always keep three 1"x 1" pieces on the inside of my tires, because you never know when you might get "stranded" out on a ride........happened to me this morning. I got a flat only to find out that my spare tube had a hole too.

Thank God for little things like duct tape!

I keep 3' of duct tape wrapped around my pump and around two CoČ cylinders (taped back to back) and so far it's saved three torn sidewalls - and thus three rides.

Works well as a patch for tubeless tires too.
