Upset Don't order from Bicycle Wheel Warehouse

Unless you want to wait for the next ice age to hear back from their customer service.
I only want to get some spare parts or possibly buy another rear hub(XCR hubs have all the strength of microwaved butter), but they are literally impossible to get a hold of. I left some really nice and humble emails and voice messages over the last 2 weeks. Nice guys finish last with this company. NO MORE MR. NICEGUY.

    Take your business elsewhere!

did you buy already? I did. I had a back and forth via email with Chris and he was very helpful. Haven't had any issues yet so don't know if the response would be the same post purchase. They were a slow to respond and he apologized because they've been extremely busy. I thought the price was right for a decent set of wheels that i bought.
But agreed, they could improve on the response time. If all is well with these wheels after i put some miles on, i'd probably buy from them again.

Never had anything but good experiences with them. Maybe they are very busy.

Many complaints like this for years. That's just how they do things. But they keep selling lots of wheels.

The only thing I don't like is there new website , use to have detailed specs for all ther wheels which they don't anymore and they used to have a forum ! Other than that I think there wheels and XCR hubs are great !
WARNING : Do not ride your bicycle until you have read and thoroughly understood the owners manual.
