Unless you want to wait for the next ice age to hear back from their customer service.
I only want to get some spare parts or possibly buy another rear hub(XCR hubs have all the strength of microwaved butter), but they are literally impossible to get a hold of. I left some really nice and humble emails and voice messages over the last 2 weeks. Nice guys finish last with this company. NO MORE MR. NICEGUY.
