    Chris king 15mm

I just purchased a set of wheels with king hubs. I need to convert the front hub to 15mm. There are 2 parts listed when I serch this. The thru axle conversion and the clamp. Do I need both peices? CAn I do with out the clamp?

You need the clamp. I bought the complete set up from King, direct. Maybe try that..

Well, do you have a QR or 20mm hub right now? If a 20mm, then you just need the LD axle (you already have the clamp). If a QR, then you need the SD axle and clamp. SD conversion usually comes as a kit. King seems to have changed the specs of some of their hubs (LD hubs I believe), so be certain to get the correct version.
