Cheng Shin c 1285 tire ??
I just got my Girl Friend a new Giant Boulder SE, it came with cheng shin c 1285 tires ( mass produced china stuff ), I can find no reviews on these things, I know their Motocross ( dirt bike ) tires are crap, they do make Maxxis though . I am wondering if these things will hold up worth a crap. My Girl rides mellow trails, some light downhill stuff, but isnt into hucking or rocky single track stuff, she just likes to cruise. Are these things OK or should I put on something else? They feel like a very hard compound ( rock like almost ) . I just want her to be safe at any speed.

Thanks!

Just your basic inexpensive OEM tire. Not a performance tire but it works.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common
