Can I use Presta inner-tubes in a wheel drilled for Schrader valves?

Can I use Presta inner-tubes in a rim drilled for Schrader valves?
I want to make the switch to Presta inner-tubes, because, well....
They look fancy Also, I've gotten sick of my Schrader valves sinking down into my tires.
It may seem like a stupid question, but I just want to be sure.

    Thanks,
    Tim.

Thanks, Tomorrow I'll be at my LBS picking up a Presta inner-tube, and a $1 pump adapter.

See if they have some adapters for the wheel itself. They just pop into the valve stem hole and then the prestas will fit nice and snug.
