    Bontrager XR2 26" TLR

Looking for a lightweight tubeless ready rear tire for hardpack. The Bontrager XR2 TLR looks good and reviews are just as positive. Plus they have a 30 day return policy if the $45 Expert or the $55 Team (weighs about 100g less) didn't make you happy. Thinking the 1.9 or 2.1 for my 26" rear wheel.

Unless anyone has objective real-world reasons to go another route for a fast durable hardpack tubeless tire whether online closeout or retail.

I run a 2.1 XR2 Expert on the rear and really like it. Great for hardpack and rolls fast. Traction goes away quick in anything soft or mucky. Don't even think of using it for a front tire though.
