Bontrager Rhythm Comp. TLR? 10 speed?

So there is a set of Bonty Rhythm Comps for sale on the local CL. The sellers description was pretty vague so I asked some questions. The two things he did not address was are the wheels TLR and will the rear hub accept a 10 speed (sram) cassette. These are 29ers and Bontrager's web site indicates yes for both questions, but I have a feeling that these might be a few years old (the pic he posted is of a silver set).

Are all Bonty wheels TLR, but you just need the strip, stem and sealant? If I look at them can I tell? Will they say "TLR"? What about the rear hub? I saw some versions for sale that said 8/9 speed. Can I measure it somehow?

    Thanks!

8, 9, and 10 speed are all the same freehub body size...so no issues there. Hubs are Formula made to Bontrager's specifications, cartridge bearing, and decent engagement. AFAIK the Rhythm wheelsets have always been TLR.
