Arch ex and rocket ron trouble

So I just installed a rocket ron tubeless on a arch ex rim, was super tough to get on rim, sealed up fine with floor pump, did the stans shake, next day I noticed that the tire was flat, stans fluid on the wall!! Also noticed a deformity in the bead. Anyone ever have this happen, did it blow off the rim because it was such a tight fit I wonder? I am a little hesitant on trying my other ron any ideas? The tires are only 1 season old.

Was it a tubeless ready Ron? I really like Schwalbe tires, BUT - and this is only my experience - I find with setting them up tubeless there can be occasional headaches. I rarely have a tire blow off in the way you describe - but each time it has been with a Schwalbe (mostly Nobby Nic). And, yep, bead no use afterwards (I then use them on my commuter with a tube). I honestly think there is some QC issue at Schwalbe. But otherwise make sure to use lots of soapy water, don't inflate too high, make sure it's seated well etc.

I've run probably five NN's over the past few years on Easton Havens and Stan's Flow EX, Arch EX without any difficulty at all. The Flow seats with a floor pump, the rest need the compressor.
None of them are really tight to get on either.
