Alex RHD vs Mavic Crossride UB Disc

How do these compare? I have a set of Alex RHD rims on my bike and I keep knocking them out of line.

Is it a worth upgrade? I found a set of Mavics for $170.
The bike is nothing more then circles turning circles, It's the human motor that makes it elegant.

Have a set of Crossride disc for 2years on my hardtail. Used in summer and in winter (up to -25'C). Never needed to adjust the hubs, they run smoothly. Rims are good.
Had a problem once - the front spoke went out of the hub after a hit - went over the bars and hit the ground with my hed twice - the helmet helped alot. Don't know if it was my fault or technical issue. However, no problems after that.
Even used them on our local miniDH course.
Need adaptors for rotors as they are centerlock.
Freehub engagement is not very fast.
Overall - a good set of wheels, considering the price - brilliant!
P.S. I weight more than 200 lbs without gear.
