Advice on cheaper 21mm+ ID wheels for 2.4 Ardents

im having a hell of a time finding a 29er wheel with a 21-23mm ID. Wtb seems to make a few but finding one built is a chore.. also their FX23 and Fx28 line seems to be be quite confusing. no sellers seem to list if its the i23 diameter or the i19.

I am looking to run my Ardent 2.4 exo on the front, but my Hardrock rims are only 19mm ID.

Budget is 140 or so.. since im not going tubeless now , and i plan to get a better shock(with thru axel) later on. I didnt want to go all out now.

If you get something with changeable endcapts like an ArchEX front wheel it can go on a 15mm fork later.
Alternatively here's an ArchEX rim for 68. Do the math for your hub and relace.
