add water to the drying latex in your tires?

I understand the latex based sealants dry out over time. Do any of you add just a little water to wet them up again? Just wondering, sorry if this Q has been posted, I did search. My race season is over, it wouldn't hurt me at this point to add a little weight, I'll clean everything out and re-latex before next race season, some water in there for a while might make the clean-out easier too?
