20mm front hub bearing replacement advice needed

So I have a 20mm front hub that is running a bit rough to say the least. I was wondering if anyone had some advice on how to replace the bearings?

The end caps don't seem to pop off. There is an aluminum sleeve in the center but I'm not sure how to access it.

    Thanks

Those end caps will come off, then you will drive the bearings out.

Hold the end gaps in a vice with a set of soft jaws to not damage the caps, then work them out gently.
