    2012 Mavic Crossride Disc 9mm to 15mm???

So I ended up winning a pair of these wheels in a raffle. They seem nice enough and I may end up keeping them for a future build, but coming from the gravity side of the sport I really have no need for a 9mm qr front wheel. Does anyone know if the 9mm axle setup be removed and is there a kit available from Mavic to convert the front hub to a 15mm thru axle?

    We the people ...

Any luck? Im trying to find out the same thing....Online retailers don't specify if you are ordering the 9mm or 15mm version, and an not sure if both end caps are included or what.

Looking for something similar. I have Mavic wheels with DT Swiss 9mm QR hubs. Trying to find out if there's a conversion kit for DT Swiss hubs.

Similar problem. I've just got my Specialized S-Works Epic 2013 frameset out of the box. Time to build it up. What about the rear dropouts specification 12/142+?
I was planning to get the new Mavic Crossmax 29 SLR for this toy, but now I'm wondering if the "+" specification for the rear axle is an issue to be worried about. Mavic is compatible with 142 axles, but with 142+?? Have no idea. Any help?

    Mavic 9mm to 15mm

The 9mm end cap is seated inside of the 15mm axle. You can use the QR skewer and a rubber mallet to punch the cap out from the inside. That is all you have to do. Nice of Mavic to provide this basic info with the wheel or on their website(sarcasm).

    Resurrecting this thread:
I have 2012 26" Mavic Crossride wheelset (9 mm QR front, with 135mm spacing QR rear)--came on a 2012 Marin East Peak 5.6. I want to adapt these wheels to work with a 2013 Marin Mount Vision frame ("142 x 12 mm Shimano E Thru Rear Axle") and a Fox 32 fork with a 15 mm thru axle.

Can I do this, what parts do I need, and where do I get them?
    Thanks-
