10mm Rear Through Bolt On Axle longer than the standard 135mm?

Has anyone come across one? I'd like to run a setup with 2 Surly Tuggnuts (Surly Ogre), but there is not enough thread on the standard 135mm axle.

Do you know that you need it?
    Through bolt+tuggnuts sounds like belt+suspenders.
