Tires for Whistler???

Well I thought I would ask some locals what tires I should run this summer in Whistler. I'm coming up from Texas and we don't have dirt here, just sand and rocks. Help and Thanks in advance guys.

this, I have minion DHF 2.5 front+rear on my DH bike, and minion DHF in 2.35 on the front of my XC bike with a high roller rear. They all seem to work well but those were just the OEM tires on the XC bike, i might try something else when those are worn out.

this is THE whistler tire, heck based on the number i see out in the wild i'd say it's THE Canadian DH tire
