Trail network is good. 20km+ of city built trail, but it is not singletrack. You have to look harder for singletrack. Best part is probably that the trail network surrounds you. Go any direction and you'll run into a trail. Most people in McMurray can say that within a 5 minute ride of their house they are on trails. A few freeride type runs are popping up here and there as well too.
No LBS and no bike rentals in town. Not sure if the trails will be dry by the end of the month. I hope, but we'll have to see. Ill try to keep some trail conditions posted here as they progress.
CovertCF check out the Wood Buffalo Cycling Club or McMurray MTB on facebook - they do Tuesday night rides on the trails shown. Although they might be taking a break for a while with the massive flooding.
