    XX vs PG 1050 cassette

Man do I have a problem. I just bought a 2013 Camber Expert EVO. Switched the shifters out to XO grip shifters and swapped out the wheels to the Roval beadless carbons (on order). I found out that they only come with the white graghics and no 142+. Well, I came accross a tiny bit of money and decided to get the Roval Control SLs cuz that's what I really wanted in the first place. Now, a bud is telling me that I should be embarrassed to have the PG 1050 11-36 cassette on the SLs and he just happens to have a new XX Cassette that I can have for $280. I believe the XX is 205 grams but the info I see on the 1050 seems unreliable. So does anybody kow th ewt difference and how does the shifting and wear compare? Not that I'm considering the XX or anything...

Can't compare, but just bought an 1050 cassette in 11-32 version and it was 299g on my scale.

xg 1080 is the way to go.
Hardrock 29er, Niner EMD9, Cannondale F29, Camber Expert, 650b Nickel all gone.
    2014 Giant Anthem 27.5 here.

My XX 32-11 cassette was 190g. Shifting is fine, comparable to XTR. I haven't ridden or weighed a 1050 to compare.
