Well I have the FF tyres on my bike and have been slated for using them . They seem okay to me but people prefer the Maxxis .

Me personally I would go get carbon ceramic rotors by Kettlecycles . They look cool and are lighter than the Ashimas (as Scrubs are no longer in production) .

The U20 skewers are very nice skewers . I have open dropouts on my fork so I have both front and rear and have cut them down to 19grams for the pair . Still holding and very strong .

You've also reminded me to put my parts list on my bike which I stupidly forgot .

    Get your wallet ready !!!

Have you just googled all the lightest stuff and got a blank cheque ready or do you plan to actually ride this thing? It is a strange build well towards show bike territory and if that's what you are after then it looks fine. 38t chainring suggests road/ fireroad use rather *proper* MTB in which case nothing stands out as inappropriate in the build. With a blank cheque I'd be looking at coordinating the bling a little better but that is personal
