I've never been too worried about weight, but as I upgrade my bike it seems to be getting lighter and lighter and with that faster and faster. Trouble is, I'm not exactly sure where to put my money next. This entire WW thing is new to me so here is a current component list...maybe someone can find some obese parts.

Frame: 2008 Cannondale Caffeine F29
Fork: Lefty Speed 29er
Crank: Truvative Stylo OCT
Chanring: Rotor Q Ring Single speed
Cog: Surly 20t
Chain: KMC X8
Front Hub: Cannondale Lefty 32 Hole
Rear Hub: Formula Single Speed specific with splined freehub 32 Hole
Rims: Stan's NoTubes Arch 32 Hole
Tires: Panaracer Rampage (front) Schwalbe RR 2.25 (rear) both tubeless
Stem: Cannondale Lefty
Bars: Ritchey WCS Alloy 10d
Brakes: Shimano SLX
Rotors: AVID G2 180/160
Seatpost: Thomson Elite Setback
Saddle: Fizik Nisene
Grips: ESI Chunky
Pedals: Shimano M520

As the bike sits now, it's coming in at just about 22.3 lbs...respectable, but I'd like to see sub 21. I know it's very possible, but I ride this bike 5-6 days a week and it needs to be able to stand up to the abuse. I think brakes should be the first order of business. I absolutely love the SLX brakes on there now, but the set is coming in around 700g. I can pick up some Magura Martas for 300 bucks and save around 200 grams. Any other hefty parts I should look to replace?
