    Shimano-compatible titanium hub axles

Used to be very popular in the '90's. Now it seems like there aren't any manufacturers making any, at least not that I can find. The only place I can find them is on E-Bay and they're usually used.

Is anyone still making these? Give me a link.

XTR hub axles are titanium, I would guess they are compatible with some of the other Shimano hubs.

    An old thread, I know.

But, has anybody got any knowledge of where I can get some Ti axles for early 90's Shimano hubs?

DeeEight, do you still have any available please?

Here's a 9x1 front axle from SRP. I have one in my road-racer's Ultegra front hub:

I do have an account on retrobike... i don't check here much anymore since the whole wonky timeout issue they won't admit happens yet has a long thread about in the feedback forum from many users experiencing it.
