Seatposts that work/don't work with Fizik carbon saddles?

Good morning! I am interested in buying a custom Fizik Aliante carbon saddle. I was wondering if anyone has info/input as to lightweight seatposts that work/don't with this saddle, please?
From what I've been reading, it looks like with any carbon railed saddle, one needs to be careful what type of seatpost is used, so the carbon rails don't get "crushed"/damaged by the seatpost/saddle clamping system.
ANY input is really appreciated, thanks!!!

I had to swap out my Race Face post when I bought a carbon-rail Fizik - rails do not fit in the head.

USE sumo works but you need to purchase the oversized seat clamp, 9mm x 7mm.

EC90 zero no problems with that I have ran the tundra, gobi and the aliante all with carbon rails.
