Seating the 2.25 RRalph with no rimstrip and stuff

Well, after about 4 weeks and 1 scope of Stans(back when I was whinning about not getting the 2.25 to seat), I rode the blue NRS again today and got a sidewall puncture aprox .2" long. Nothing came out(Stans)besides a slow leak of air. Appeared like 70% of what was in there had desipated. I still had the 2.1 on the rear and 2.25 up front on my 317 with a light tube. gave me the op to try the ol tube trick UST rim/no rimstrip..with a 2.25 on the rear. Worked brilliantly. First try. Yes indeedy. Now I'm all happy and everything again. Figure 2.25s at both ends would be a good thing with this Pisgah Death march endurance race thingie coming up next Sat. Anyways, I just remembered a few others had the same prob with this tire and using Stans.
