MCFK carbon lefty steerer and Extralite headset/stem parts

can anyone who has used the Mcfk carbon steerer for a lefty 1 1/8-1.5 conversion please advise me as to the actual parts I need. I have a Flash Hi-Mod frame and want to re use my existing Ultrastem, and as much of the 1 1/8 ultra top/bottom. I pressume I would need to change the bottom race to a 1.5, would I still be able to use the star and cap.

I used the straight 1 1/8 MCFK piece on my Yeti ASR5 carbon and simply installed a 1 1/2 to 1 1/8 sized bottom bearing holder. This gave me the lightest setup as well as the shortest stack height possible.
