    Kalloy Uno Grade 2

I'm currently thinking about getting a Kalloy Uno Grade 2 stem, which are listed around 115 grams for a 90mm, and are only $25 on eBay. I'm a little concerned about their strength since they are 6061 alloy and are much lighter than all but the most expensive major brand stems. I'm 160 lbs 6' 2" with gear and very aggressive in rock gardens and technical sections. Has anyone tried these out?

They are showing as mountain approved on the Kalloy website, and they are not the lightest they offer -a sign they didn't take everything away.
As far as quality, fit and finish is very good, I have two Uno stem so far.
6061 is fine as long as it is forged afterwards, 7050 is less picky about this.

still, if you have a good reliable stem already - a stem is a difficult spot to rationalize loosing every spare gram
