How much weight does a BB30 save over traditional?

I've got a Cannondale Jekyll Carbon Team build that needs to slim down. Priority 1 is wheels and tires but there are others that budget made me skip. I've used a shell to adapt the BB30 to standard thread and now I'm running Shimano Hone cranks at 620g + 90g for the BB cups and a RaceFace 30t ring at 37G. So 747G for the lot.

How much less is a BB30 with higher-end cranks? Depending on how much weight is saved, I may revert to the BB30 and upgrade the cranks later on.

Not really. I picked up my last set on eBay for $150.

Don't forget the weight of that BB30 adapter, mine was 53g, so I decided it wasn't for me and went BB30.

Are you confident that you can get the adapter out? It may not be as easy to remove as it was to fit
