how to disambly a xtr rear mech?

as the topic says, what do I have to do to splitt the mech into parts?
I mean the pins without "heads".

is it possible without damage the mech? i was thinking about it maybe was squeezed but I'm not sure.

I have seen a guy disambly a xtr rear mech on a polish forum, but I don't understand polish and I have already send him a email without any result.

I want to splitt the mech like this

is the only way to get it disamble to drill a hole in the other end of the pin and smash it out?

As far as I know - yes. That's why i've never done it untill I read that same Polish thread you are talking about.

What HE did was drill the "closed" end of the pin (where the end of the pin is buried in the derailleur, you can't see the ends). When he had it all apart and tapped the threads into those holes and replaced the pins with screws. I THINK he used 3 mm screws, but cut to fit the length.

Do a search in this WW forum (here on MTBR). I am sure it's been discussed here before.
