Help me lose 2lb on a budget

I did a frame swap and went from Hardtail to Full suspension. But the frame is 2lb heaver then the old one. This is my race bike and I would like to get it back down to 26lb. I know I could go get some stupid lite wheels, or a different fork but I can't afford it. So can I change some stuff and get it down?

    28lb
    XT brakes/rotors 160mm/180mm
    XT FD
    X9 shifters
    X9 type2 RD
    RS Reaba 20mm TA fork
X9 hubs WTB Laser TCS Trail rims DT double butted spokes
    Raceface Turbine 2x10 crank
Sram PF30 BB Wheels manufacturing shims
    Raceface Turbine stem
    Easton EA70 wide flat bar
    Ergon GS2 grips
Spec. Fast track control rear tire/ Bontrager 29-1 front
    Campy Chorus carbon seat post
    WTB Devo STL saddle
    SRAM 1050 cassette
    SRAM 1071 chain

Unfortunately you'll have to do something drastic to drop 2lbs - that's a pretty nice build already. I can't see any manner in which it won't be expensive.

All I can really say is: WHEELS.

Agreed, you're looking at some coin to drop your weight down lower.

All I can think of at this time:

    SRAM XX cassette
    Ti Chain
    Ti bolts
    Aluminum water cage bolts
    1X9 Conversion
    Tubeless.

Your grips weigh a ton but you like them. Ritchey WCS grips are 7 dollars. A Syntace stem is $50-60 bucks.

I'd ride/race as it is and replace things that break.

Yea they are heavy but they keep my hands from going numb. I do allot of XC races some short some long. So 6 hours on the bike is kind of a norm for me.

Every time I look at the bike all I can think it wheels. Every thing I look at is $1000.

Or call Stan's and have them lace you a set with their 20mm 3.30HD hub.

I wouldn't touch anything else before replacing the wheels. Crests would be a great option.

Thanx guys. Maybe I can figure out a way to add it to the budget before race season.
