Gear cables

I need to replace my gear cables. I have alligator i-links and the sleeve and outers are fine, just need new inners. I've had a look and can't see that you can buy just the i-link inner cable, only the whole set.

A couple of questions:

Does anyone know if you can buy just the inner cables anywhere?

What is a decent alternative - I.e. what do you lot use?

Powercordz, about 1/5 of the weight of regular steel cable.

You can use them with the Alligators or any housing.
I'm using them with Gore UL, and yes, they shift well.

Running I-Links with 1.2mm Powercordz and they shift great.
