    Fuel 100 weight

    5.6lbs for a 19.5" (large) frame.
2542 grams with the shock, seatpost collar, water bollte bolts and disc brake adapter (v-brake studs removed)

Any suggestions on submitting better pictures. I compressed them at home and then email to my work to post (faster). The previewed compressed image before I email them shows a much better quality picture then what gets posted. I take the picture at the lowest resolution.

the cloud nine is stock now?

It also seems that this model is 100g-242g heavier than the 2002 according to some peoples listing on light-bikes...

    No...the SID is stock..

I sold the SID new off the frame and bought the Cloud 9.
Check the sizes as well on light bikes, mine is a 19.5" plus I have the disc adapter as well. Weights are about the same.

I just pulled off light bikes:
    Rear Shock: FOX 02 RL 6.5"" w/bushings 240
    Frame: Trek 02 Fuel 100 19.5 2302
    Total 2542 grams 5.59lbs

    Didn't weight is seperately

I am becomming more and more of a "suodo" weight wennie. Weight is always a concern, but not being to anal about every single little part. The only reason I weighed the shock was I bought it seperately. All the other parts are off my previous frame so I already had the weights for them. I need to get a sheet and photo into DirtBoy for light bikes, but want to switch over to my racing tires first.
Total build weigh "should come in just at 23lbs for a large w/ disc and 100mm fork.

Wow! That is awesome! Love the new cloud 9 decals. Sleeker than the old ones. Looks perfect on that frame.
