    Fisher Pragon vs. Big Sur

Our Club has these two bikes and I was wondering if anyone knew which frame was the lightest? I'd rather not have to strip them down.

When I purchased my big sur, in 98, the tubeset used in the big sur and paragon was the same. The differences in the frames was the welders; the more expensive the frame or bike, the more experienced the welder. Also, the higher up the price chain you went the tubesets did change, but not for every model.

I don't know if this holds true today, but the paragon is a more expensive bike, and therefore at the least the frame shouldn't weigh more than the big sur's.

    Thanks

While I couldn't get exact weights for both frames but you opinion is supported by a few of my contacts.
