Englund Air Cartridges and Rock Shox

A few years back some folks were buying new RS parts and assembling very light forks using Englund air cartridges. Anybody remember exactly what parts they were using? Englunds are only listed for 2001 Rock Shox and back. Can't remember if they were using SID or Judy parts.
    Thanks

you better read the reviews first before buying anything!
especially SID cartridges seem to have VERY mixed ones...

if you want a light SID get the Pure-Delite internals of the newer SID Race forks or go all out and get a '98 or better '00 SID Race internals which are 150g lighter than todays internals with manual lockout. since there are almost no spare parts available for such old forks you will have to invest in a used one and disassemble it. putting together a light fork is very simple as all dimensions are still the same.

Well I see Englunds are not too popular here anymore. I never had anything but good luck and performance from them. Will search elsewhere for some info.
    Thanks
