TorontoCycles, Derailleur Parts, Jockey Wheels, Shimano Kits
is a good place to start
i had the delrin plastic ones before that are really light but they did not last. i dont remember who makes those but toronto has a bunch of good alloy ones to pick from.
Thanks for the answer. I did have a look , and there were some interesting alternatives. However, ideally I would like a pair of these: ENDURO ZERO DERAILLEUR PULLEYS
However, non-contact seals does not sound optimal for MTB application. Has anyone tried these and can comment on the longevity (both bearings and delrin)?
Unless they changed them, the Enduro jockey wheels did not include the lateral float of the upper jockey pulley like Shimano's patent provides, so they didn't shift as smoothly and quietly as the XTR pulleys.
I like my Roth Shek carbon. They have lasted me two seasons now, no bearing issues yet. I don't ride in very very muddy conditions, but they still have seen quite a bit of rain.
