BB7 to Hydro plus a rotor swap

I'm not overly concerned with weight, but some of you may find this useful or interesting. I swapped my BB7 / Paul's Love Lever setup for some Avid XO hydros along with a rotor downgrade. Here's what my $7 eBay scale told me:

BB7 callipers, cables and Paul's Love Levers (front and rear): 610g
Avid XO Silver brakes, untrimmed hoses (front and rear): 400g

    CSX 185mm rotor: 130g
    CSX 160mm rotor: 100g
    CSX 140mm rotor: 80g

Along with the brake swap, I downgraded the rotors from 185/160mm to 160/140mm (along with smaller rear adapter and no front adapter) and used the lighter hardware included with the XOs. After the complete install, including trimming the brake hoses, the total weight loss was 380g and the bike is much shinier.
