    Alum/Ti brake boss source?

Where can I get aluminum or titanium brake bosses?
I have an XACD ti fork, and a Merlin XLM frame, I think the frame uses a standard bolt rather than metric..... but I'm not sure. I have some rock shox bolts and they fit neither the XACD fork or the Merlin. The Merlin has huge threads.
    Please help.

I probably have what you need. I only have Ti at the moment. I will be getting some Al parts made in the next few months. Please send me an email off the forum at jimvaughn101(AT)hotmail(DOT)com

    Cheers,
